Deck Optimize ('we', 'our', 'us') is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Collect
- Account information (email address and display name) when you sign up or log in via Google or Facebook OAuth.
- Deck data you choose to save — card IDs, deck name, and timestamps.
- Anonymous usage data via Umami Analytics. This is cookieless and contains no personally identifiable information.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the service — saving, loading, and managing your decks.
- To understand how the app is used and improve it over time.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
- Supabase — handles authentication and database storage. Your email and deck data are stored on Supabase servers.
- Google OAuth — used for sign-in. We only receive your email and public profile.
- Facebook OAuth — used for sign-in. We only receive your email and public profile.
- Umami Analytics — anonymous, cookieless analytics hosted by us. No personal data is collected.
Data Retention
Your account and saved decks are retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your saved decks at any time from the app. To delete your account entirely, contact us.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices. Authentication is handled by Supabase with OAuth 2.0. We do not store passwords.
